haQ attaQ: The Best Lightning Cable Ever? │ Anker Powerline+ II

Jakob Haq believes he has finally found a decent third-party Lightning cable. While they are expensive when shipped to Sweden for $45, they're only $16 on Amazon for US customers!

Video Description:

Is Anker making the best lightning cables for iPhone and iPad? Is the Anker Powerline plus 2 the only lightning cable you would ever need to buy? This video is more than just an unboxing of a cable. No, it's the story of my struggle trying to find a solution for Apples no good lightning cables. They always break at the same spots something that Apple is quite are aware of, but seems reluctant to fix. I've tried finding many other solutions to this problem, using Sugru, buying braided copies etc, its been crazy. Well it looks as if Anker might have solved this issue big time!

Jakob - I guess I just saw your video at the right time - I’m getting really sick and tired of these crappy cables slowly self-destructing on me. It’s not just the expense - I sincerely object to the waste of resources that goes into manufacturing this crap!

(Although for sure the expense is an issue - you drop $10 or $20 every few months on cables, that starts to turn into serious $$$s over time).

So - nothing lasts forever, but the Anker cables really do look very solid. I just now ordered one of them to test out. I wish you (and me) good luck!
