Beatmaker 2 Sidechain Compression Example

Saveas909 posted this nice example of Sidechain Compression in Beat Maker 2, to /r/iPadMusic. Sidechaining is the method to get that "breathing" sound in your music, as well as let your drums cut through the mix. This is especially useful on bass synths, which tend to be in the same frequency range of bass drums.

Not only does he demonstrate the effect, but goes through all the parameters to demonstrate how you can get different results.

Buy BeatMaker 2 on iTunes: $19.99
