Bleep is a new chiptune drum app for iPhone. This is by the same guy who makes the 8-Bit Studio app.

He actually makes a ton of apps, none of which meet the high standards we've come to expect from $0.99 apps. This looks like it might have some sound design options though, which would justify the huge price tag. It even has MIDI input!

With all the recent sensitivity and nonsense going on, I want to make it clear that I am lampooning myself in this post. I like to joke that Animoog raised the bar on what a $0.99 app should be, but that isn't even remotely fair. Just trying to lighten things up with pokes at myself.

I thought your dry wit came through clearly, but I guess you never know when someone will take something the wrong way...
