Since its release just a week ago, Helium AUv3 MIDI Sequencer from 4Pockets.com has been getting some substantial updates! As a fan of piano roll sequencers, over literally any other kind of nonsense we've come up with to sequence music, I'm really happy to see another AUv3 option.
What's new in Helium AUv3 MIDI Sequencer v1.07:v1.07
Added octave up and down buttons for selected notes.
Added a better preview clip method (tap a second time on a selected clip).
Fixed an issue where the note selection tool was ignoring the velocity edit on/off option.
Fixed an issue where song mode mutes were not working as expected.
Fixed an issue using undo to restore song clips. The playlist was not being updated.
You can now access 'Clip Properties' with the 'Select' tool active (long press).
Fixed a count-in display issue.
The scale overlay now also shows the octive.
Other minor fixes.
This version should fix the looping issue (sticking notes).
Auditioning clips is now performed with the selected instrument (not just channel 1).
We no longer send all notes off to every channel when the transport stops.
Added an experimental song mode. (TAP and HOLD selected controller / see help).
Improved pinch and zoom with double horizontal resolution.
Doubled the undo buffer size.
Added an option to the main menu to turn off editing of clip velocities.
Improved MIDI file compatibility.
