Edward Alexander: Drambo Standalone with AUM & IAA

Edward Alexander seriously blew me away with this one. This is now officially the jazziest thing I've ever liked. He only did it as a proof of concept to see if he could use Drambo's standalone workflow with IAA apps in AUM. I feel like intention is an important part of life and art. I wonder if this intention to do a truly experimental thing is necessary to create jazz that's more than just meandering chord progressions and naval-gazing.

Video Description:

Just trying out the concept of using Drambo stand alone, alongside AUM hosting IAA apps like Rock Drummer and iBassist.

On ships they are called lines, not cords, (overlooking that that was also spelled wrong.) But jazz lines need to be extemporaneous by intention, not knotted up in loops. That's where experimentation arises.
