Roland 808303.studio and other Web Music Making Tools

Reader Red Sky Lullaby went down a weird web rabbit hole. Using his iPad, which is already loaded up with approximately 2394892384 music apps, he tries to make music with just the Web Browser.

He's using a variety of sites here, but it all starts with the new Roland 808303.studio, which was featured here.

Video Description:

Started trying out Roland’s new web based 303 and 808 and decided to see if I could make a song from just web based tools. All sounds come from web based tools on iPad Browser.
Was an interesting experiment but would not necessarily recommend as an easy way to make anything very advanced.

Here are links to the Tools used in the video:

Speaking of Web-based musicking, d’y’know that Citizen DJ was officially released?
As Brian explains in his retro, it brings whole new dimensions to cratediggin’.
Oh, oh… And one of my favourites:
Parviainen made a bunch of musicking web apps. Laurie Spiegel’s original Music Mouse was a real ear-opener for me and, in my experience, people react in similar ways after all these years.
