LOL! There are also two whole sliders!
And don’t forget the MODE button :-D
Anyway, I think that presets are a welcome addition here.

I just noticed that viewing an image in an article (tap) results in the whole page being selected (in blue, iOS 12.x, iPhone 6s), and then it enters a weird broken state where the image vanishes, and nothing on the page works, when zooming into the image.

I just tested on my iPhone and it worked correctly. You should get a blue screen with a larger version of the image in the center. Tapping anywhere in the blue should close it. Which browser are you using?
Here's a knob for $499.00:

So stop your bitching. $4.99 a knob is a screaming deal.

Blue? You mean that’s not a selection? Maybe hangs the color to a neutral grey or black. Browser: Safari on iOS 12.x. Have you tried to zoom into the larger image? That’s where it all goes wrong.

Hmm. I just tried it again, and I didn't have any problems with zooming. I tried in Chrome and Safari, and they both seemed to be working as intended. Safari was a little goofy with the zooming, but it didn't break and taping on the blue background made it close. Can you email me a screenshot of when it is broken?

I just tried it out again several times. It’s really inconsistent how it behaves. This inconsistency in Safari on webpages is starting to really piss me off more than ever (text behavior in edit boxes has sucked since iOS 7 and it is now such that behavior on a website will change between visits, page reloads, etc).

Sometimes it repositions the image and sometimes it doesn’t. When it does, the bottom is cut off and I cannot scroll. I’m not going to send a screenshot as I don’t think this is a thing you necessarily can fix because I cannot even get it to happen reliably. Websites and browsers are at an all time low of predictability and behavior. I hate the whole computer industry.

@dysamoria: Thanks for the follow-up! I'm not sure if you'd get any better results with Chrome, since they're both basically using the same underlying engine, but it is worth a try.
