Jens Guell released MIDI SWEET, a couple of new MIDI apps in his suite of AUv3s! MIDI SWEET : Clock Sync will generate a sample accurate MIDI clock signal, and MIDI SWEET: MIDI Monitor2 lets you analyze MIDI data.
MIDI SWEET App Store Description:If you find this tool useful, please support us and consider purchasing one of our commercial audio units.
With the (quite experimental) MIDI Clock Sync Generator you can crate your own sample accurate timing signals and forward them to other devices and apps. It is mainly thought as a diagnostic tool.
This is an Audio Unit, that requires a host application, which is able to handle MIDI messages, even supporting this kind of MIDI realtime messages. It may be therefore not usable with any available AUv3 host, most likely due to the lack of support of MC. ^^
The complete manual is shipped with the distribution app. The distribution app basically demonstrates a sender and a receiver of MIDI Clock pulses, driven by the sample accurate iOS audio engine.

Not much to say here...
The complete manual is shipped with the distribution app.
This is an Audio Unit, that requires host applications, which can handle MIDI messages. It is implemented as an Instrument.
Within the main app you also may load MIDI files, listen to it and watch the MIDI flow for testing purposes.
There's a demo on the official YouTube channel for both apps that purportedly demonstrates a MIDI sync bug in AUM, but I found it difficult to follow. I'm including it here just so you can see the apps in action.
