is there a way to record the steps when Playset is hosted as an AU in AUM? I have seen that you can manually enter each note in the sequencer but I wonder if there is a way to use the keyboard and just « record » what I am playing

That is an excellent question, Goudha. Unfortunately the answer seems to be no. Or at least, I tried poking at it for a while and couldn't figure out how to get it to do so!
