Playface Demo - Work In Progress

The developer for Playface shows off his upcoming cross-platform app. Coming to Mac, PC, Android, and iOS; Playface displays parameter values in Ableton Live on your other devices. This can be extremely helpful when using MIDI controllers that do not indicate the current parameter value. No more trying to remember where a rotary encoder is supposed to be in relation to its value!

Video Description:

Playface maps Ableton Live device parameters to your MIDI controller and displays parameter values on a display. You can map any number of parameters and arrange them in banks. Playface consists of two parts, the hub which controls inputs, outputs and displays and the display apps which are available for Mac, PC, Android and IPhone. In this video I'm controlling an instance of Operator with Komplete Kontrol M32 and an instance of Echo with a Midifighter Twister. The displays I've used is a cheap Android tablet on the left and an IPhone X on the right. What device is controlled by what controller can be changed in realtime but since I hadn't mapped all parameter for both controllers I kept the setup like that most of the video, you can see me changing track and device from the controllers at the beginning and end of the video.
