Audiobus 3 Update

Audiobus 3 was updated with MIDI learn, allowing you to assign MIDI controls to all of the actions available inside of Audiobus! MIDI learn is a $3 IAP and arrives with a Bass-heavy remix of Wheels on the Bus.

What's new in Audiobus 3 v3.3:

Introducing MIDI Learn! Control every aspect of your Audiobus session from a MIDI controller: Load presets, adjust levels, start and stop or adjust the tempo, switch apps, interact with Connection Panel buttons, adjust Audio Unit parameters and switch Audio Unit Presets, and more.

With the Audiobus MIDI Learn In-App Purchase, aside from supporting Audiobus' development, you will gain powers untold. Look ma, no hands!

Enjoying Audiobus? App Store reviews really help!

Does anyone know if 14-bit NRPNs are generally useable when controlling AU parameters?

I do not know for sure, but my hunch is no. NRPNs aren't typical. I only see it in apps that are designed with it in mind, or are later updated to support it.
Too bad. 128 steps ain't that many, but MIDI allows for 16,384 which is nice and smooth for pitch, amp, etc.

So many things that are standard in MIDI, like release velocity, and poly AT, have very valid uses, but are under-appreciated.

I love my beatstep, id like if they made the pads soft like maschines and rgb though, it’d be a hit with just a tiny bit of love, the things are so solid and nice looking!
