BeatMaker 3 Update

INTUA's BeatMaker 3 got its second major update of the year, adding AUv3 MIDI effect support. This opens up the door for Rozeta to finally be integrated into a BeatMaker 3 workflow! In addition to modulating things with Rozeta, you can now record automations on the fly with a new automation slider in the editor. The update also offers a lot of other improvements; including pro-level transient detection when slicing samples, and better automation recording for Audio Units.

Thanks to readers D4DG and bittergums for the heads-up on this update!

I loves the Beatmaker 3. Was nervous about updating as I'm working on a new BM3 piece but I finally went ahead last night.

It looks like Bram Bos is stable now. He was very unstable previously although it wasn't his fault. BM3 made him unstable.

So it looks like the Bos support is better now but with that comes some new issues. I get crashing on some of the AUv3 audio FX... Gliderverb, Dedalus, Quatraverb all crash BM3 back to desktop when I access the au FX preset list and start auditioning presets.

I'm guessing these plugins will have to be updated to work better with BM3 or is it BM3 that needs to be updated again?

Im curious if anyone has got the two way comunication going on where the pad colors make an RGB mpd or launchpads pads light up with the same colors? Is this possible yet with bm3 and any rgb controller? Such as perhaps the new novation sl49 mk3?

This has been on my mind for quite some time.
