This app reminds me of iDrum for OS X and is real easy to "programme". Not sure just how much has changed in this update. Visually, the interface is still very aqua-ish

Hey Tim,
Thanks for this heads-up. I kinda liked Molten but gave up on it when no updates were forthcoming.
I should note that this though update generally works fine, it appears to me that it doesn't consistently work with Audiobus. My experience has been that it takes 2-3 attempts to load it into Audiobus for it not to generate an error message.

There were three big things that were broken before. The clock resolution was broken, so some tuplets were badly uneven. Various interconnectivity options were broken. The dial to adjust values was too touchy.

The first one is fixed. Now the clock is precise and tuplets work as they should. The interconnectivity might still need some work. And the knob isn't fixed yet.

I got the impression that it was going to be a major project just to get the app up to the current iOS and code stuff. So perhaps with this update, other tweaks won't be so difficult. It's a good sign.

I really like this app. Adjustable velocity per hit is nice. Different tuplets per part per beat, also nice.

The ability to import samples and f#%k with them in a big way, also nice.
This still works but other export issues have surfaced: export to AudioShare is broken, export to AudioCopy too. (Here, a prompt comes up saying there was a problem importing from AudioShare...)
Also IAA doesn't connect (this is also happening in the latest Arctic Keys update)
I'm a huge fan and early adopter of One Red Dog apps, the XK 1, Pro DJ Sampler, Arctic ProSynth and Arctic Keys. My first one was Molten, and I'm glad it's coming back!

Really do still wish there was an MPC 16-pad style page for live playing as well.
