I make lots of errors here, so instead of redoing the video I have left them in so you can see some of the problems you may encounter, I work most of them out during the vid. It has some wonderful ideas and some new ones that will take a little effort to get used to, this can only get better, excellent app.

You know, I was imagining that Korg was going to keep the same route as they have with iMS/iPoly and release the M1 app following what they did on the Nintendo DS platform. Their new release is definitely a surprise and points out what I think is going to be the new norm for the big companies, making an app with initial number of items and then offer more items for said app as IAPs, that will fund the costs of further developing apps and also their bottom lines.

Thanks for this video. It has helped me understand how to use this excellent app better

If you want more controll go with what? I listened to you saying the name off the app a few times (around 1:00) but could not understand the name. Sounded like Costid 3. What is it?

He was referring to Caustic 3, Tobias.

Jose, please don't ask for IAPs! I see no mention of that anywhere on their site, and the price (which at its regular version is not exactly chump change by iOS standards) to my understanding is inclusive of updates, and hopefully, like Modular, further modules...

Yeah, dude, don't give them ideas!

@Tobias

Caustic 3

Good idea Chris. Don't give them ideas. Chump change has to buy food and keep a roofs over our heads too!

Just checked out thesoundtestroom and there's another video demo of Gadget!

No kidding! Tremendous app, but if Korg wants to throw IAPs our way, maybe they could find a way to let us integrate newer, more iOS modified versions of those other lol chumpers, iMS20, iPolychord, Kaosolator, iElectribe...the ones we all paid a few buckets for and for the most part now ignore. I would pay a buck for each as an add on for those, but updates to this? Uh...first get the AB, IAA, landscape orientation etc. before we start talking about the new, "accepted" model of IAP according to Jose...I think Korg is doing okay in the cash flow dept., and doesn't need a weekly allowance from us to make their apps better. Fuck me...

Agree get IAA and AB in there. Landscape orientation would be definitely welcomed. Yeah let us the consumer feel completely comfortable with this app before new bells and whistles are added at a premium price. I don't want to be so overwhelmed by an app that I eventually have no use for it especially after forking out the dough...lol

Another excellent video from thesoundtestroom. Lots to explore here!

Always great video from this guy...We should have an IAP for him!

The two sites I check everyday is Discchord and thesoundtestroom. That's all you need. I get all the pertinent info and links that are helpful. Yes I'd pay for an IAP video in every music app I have if it's made by thesoundtestroom. I need all the instructions and help I can get!
