Thanks for posting that andre! I posted it on the Audiobus forum, maybe somebody knows a solution to this problem. Poor Miki Strange! I hope it will work soon for him and everybody experiencing such troubles.

What i dont like is im planning to buy a new ipad and i have no experience of ios7 or IAA and the last thing i want is this type of problem using midi, daws as im likely to think its me,i just hope apple see music as a important part of ios and fix it, but it would not surprise me if they look at music as a very small part of the ipad in general and not care to much about a few issues unless they see them as being important to fix.

I don't know, there are lots of unknowns here! Does the same thing happen with all music apps? How many other apps are open? It _does_ make a difference re. Midi channels, shut the ones down you're not using, don't just use omni and also look for any inadvertent midi loops etc... It would only take one infinite loop to bring it to it's knees like that! Is something changing the buffer size, bit depth/rate so iSEM is playing up? Not saying this guy doesn't know what he's doing or anything, just that he may have missed something or it might not be iOS7, I know I've driven myself mad not knowing about a small seemingly insignificant setting somewhere causing massive problems elsewhere and unless you're careful it can be really easy to do this! Anyway, hope whatever it is is sorted soon :-/

@andre, to put your mind at ease, maybe go to apple store and ask if you can install some apps on an iPad to see how they perform? I did it with Ableton on the new iMacs, I think they reset them every hour or something.

Baddcr its not that bad its just a annoyance,as long as a sound comes from the midi channel good or bad i will at least know its ios not me and thanks for advice as thats exactly what ive been doing mainly lately is midi and daws.

I've got to the point where I turned every last MIDI setting off before I began while still using iOS 6.x. I have had mostly bad luck and bad experiences with virtual MIDI for the entire existence of iOS and virtual MIDI. I am having fewer issues now than I have ever had, only since updating to iOS 7. Nothing has gone wrong with iSEM with BM2 or Auria for me at all. I'm running on a 4th gen, and an iPhone 5, so I can't speak for any other devices. I haven't heard complaints from friends who updated either.

The video was a great idea, though. It just might get more attention from Arturia than simply emailing them. They will fix whatever it is eventually, even if it is "caused" by iOS 7.x. It took them a while, but they fixed the problems with iMini.
