If by "Sampler" they mean "the ability to import your own drum and instrument samples" then this app suddenly just got usable again. It's a great sequencing app, but as you were limited to the included instruments and IAP -- which all sounded rather General MIDIish -- it's not one I'd used a great deal. I'll have to play around with this tonight.

this looks just like fl studio mobile, what is the point of getting one or the other, I even read somewhere that these people made fl studio mobile for image line, so what is the best reason to get one or the other ?

the instrument selection (both included and iap) is the principal difference.
fl studio instruments are mostly sound samples of ones from the desktop version (with which the app integrates well).
they're probably more suitable for dance/trance/d'n'b/techno genres
music studio has a wider range of available instruments (for rock/classical/dance etc.), but fewer choices within the range (eg., maybe three bass sounds rather than a dozen).
music studio has a nice feature in the chord pads, enabling single key chord input on up to 9 pads (for building progressions).
it also has a lite (free) (try before you buy) version.
there are other less notable differences but, in short, fl studio seems designed to be a sketchpad for the desktop version, music studio is more general purpose.
