haQ attaQ - Retrokits RK-004 MIDI/Sync Hub

Jakob Haq demonstrates the Retrokits RK-004. This is a MIDI hub that lets you connect a variety of MIDI gear, and even sync Pocket Operators. You can configure the RK-004 from your iPad using the headphone jack and this website which plays bleepy beep codes at it.

Video Description:

Introducing you to the Retrokits RK-004 MIDI/Sync hub and the MyVolts 5-way Roland Boutique USB power cable (man that's a really long name). However in this video we are focusing on the RK-004. This neat little device allows for some seriously complex MIDI splitting, merging and syncing setups. In this video I am demoing the MIDI clock rate functionality inside the RK-004. It allows the user to set different clock speeds for individually for each output.

Other featured gear: Novation MiniNova and teenage engineering PO-12 Rythm

So, it looks like analog sync only? kind of a shame they didn't allow for MIDI to CV. a missed opportunity, unless I'm not understanding something.
