He has some big news and some giveaways! Perhaps of greatest interest to readers here is the discontinuation of the iOS Subscriber service, which Fletcher worried was not providing members enough content. Existing members will have their service extended for a full year, so if you jumped on that while it was available you just got a big boost!
For those of you fearful that I was monopolizing him to make boutique hardware instead of iOS goodies, he has this message:
Beyond that, I know a few people have been keeping a wary eye on Sunsine because of the foray into hardware effects, and the apparent lack of iOS related material. Never fear! I was bogged down in R&D and figuring out the manufacturing end, retail, etc. but am back in full swing working on new sounds, finishing up almost completed packs, and making videos. Look out for new sounds very soon, some more sneaky goodies, and more exciting collaborations. My inbox is always open, stop by sometime and say hi. For those that don't know Marc, his videos on the Automatic Gainsay channel are full of personality and expertise. With Trent Reznor's good looks and Liza Minnelli's Xanax prescription, he has been an inspiring and fun educator to many synthesists. In fact, his original MS-20 videos were how I first learned to use the iMS-20 app!
If you do decide to purchase the new MS-20 Mini it is available now from Sweetwater for $600. I don't have any referral deals with them, but I buy my gear from Sweetwater because they have continued to support the iOS community, for nearly a year, with their iOS Update video series.

Unfortunately the only sample we have of the app is not something I can embed here, as it requires Flash.
So instead here is a video from Marc Doty about the most (in)famous FM synthesizer, Yamaha's DX7. This video does an excellent job of demonstrating how I can say that, although I haven't played with Stria yet, I would much rather play with it than a DX7!

That bit at the end about Waldorf apps is interesting, because the only Waldorf app that is currently on iTunes is the Rocket Control; which wouldn't be pasting anything.
