Easy Strum
Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 7:47AM
Easy Strum is an autoharp for iPad, similar to the omnichord. Easy Strum bills itself as, "one of the easiest musical instruments in the world."
Find new chord progressions that are hard to do on other instruments.
Strum any instrument like a harp via midi wifi.
6 onboard sounds.
Play along with your favourite tunes almost instantly.
Incredibly simple, incredibly powerful.
It looks like a simple and fun app. You can't go wrong with rainbows. The Wireless MIDI instructions are only for Mac's, but it looks like rtpMIDI might work on Windows.
The developer just released a solid demo; disregard his British modesty.
There is also a Free (Lite) version, which does not have MIDI and is limited to just the Sitar and Marimba.
