iRig Keys Demo
Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 10:28AM A new demo of iRig Keys is up. Usually the trolling in YouTube comments comes from the viewers, but IK has flipped that around!
Good demo of the iRig Keys, but I am beginning to get the impression that no one at IK knows what the iRig Mix is for.
In a comment on this video they were asked about how it was used in the setup presented here. Their response is baffling.
This is inline with a previous comment on Reddit, where IK's social PR guy Obi1 tried to spam some nonsense about the iRig Mix, while clearly having no idea what it was. Amusingly him and some other IK social guy, Doey, have spammed Reddit so much that the whole IK Multimedia domain name is now automatically blocked by Reddit.
The fuck? The force is strong with Obi1 if running the headphone jack of the iPad into the iRig is going to magically improve this scenario. For non-Jedi Masters this is an absurd suggestion. The merest hint here that somehow going mono, in the case of the iRig Stomp, is going to improve matters fills me with so much rage for this "social marketing" garbage. I can't believe IK hired a whole team for misinformation. They have at least 3 of these guys and 1 manager, who ignored my requests for them to stop spamming this shit on /r/iPadMusic.

These guys are spammy as hell. They're all over the KVR forums constantly spamming their shit too. I've never used their products, so maybe they make some good stuff, but the hell if I'll ever know, because the last thing I'm going to do is support an obnoxious company like this one.
