DM1 Updates

Both versions of DM1 were updated with much needed improvements to their Inter-App Audio compatibility!

What's new in DM1 v5.7:

- New Inter-App Audio controller with improved compatibility with Garageband, AUM & Cubasis
- Midi Out wrong midi channel bug fix

What's new in DM1 for iPhone v3.7:

- New Inter-App Audio controller with improved compatibility with Garageband, AUM & Cubasis
- Mixer Knob Length/Pan switch fix for iPhone6+, iPhone6S+ and iPhone7+
- Midi Out wrong midi channel bug fix

I have mixed feelings about the DM-1. On one hand, it's an impressively user-friendly drum machine- with a huge variety of sounds and an elegant song-editor. On the other hand, its limitations make it only useful very basic rhythms. Seems like it could grow into something more mature-- which would be great-- but it probably won't. It is what it is.
