Of those it is pretty easy to declare Magellan the winner, but it is also the only one I've played with.

Organ+ is great too if you're into that sort if thing.

Seems like most of them haven't been updated in years. Are they really worth buying considering they don't have the latest features? I know it's only a buck but if it doesn't easily fit into a smooth workflow why even bother?

well, if you need good organ sounds, organ+ works well. Midi control, two sounds at once, lots of controls, basic recording. I just bought the guitar one as a 'thanks' to them for Magellan for 5 bucks! Dunno if I'll ever use it though.

Already got Magellan for my iPad. But I have 0.99 waiting to spend on one app but doesn't know which one!
